When to File a Report

Center referees must report all of the following:

1. Players receiving yellow or red cards.

2. Coaches engaging in misconduct or dismissed from the game.

3. Spectator interference or problems.

4. Terminated games before time expired, noting the reason(s).

5. No shows for a schedule match after 30 minutes after the scheduled kickoff.

6. Extremely poor or dangerous field conditions.

7. Any unusual problems.

Yellow Card Misconduct Reports
If a yellow card is given, you must file a misconduct report with the District Vice-President and a copy with the District Referee Administrator within 24 hours of the match.

Red Card Misconduct Reports
If a red card is given, you must file a misconduct report and a supplemental report (action to cause the red card, your action, and player response). Both of those documents should be sent to the district vice president with a copy of the team roster and the player pass within 24 hours of the match. The district referee administrator should receive copies of everything above, except for the player pass.
